Damien Hobgood’s Gone Fishin’

First of all I just want to say congrats to Mick Fanning, he is such a great champion and we’re proud to have him as the ASP World Champion. Well, while everyone was down in Brazil I was back home fishing non-stop, I fully had the itch. This time of year is so good for fishing in Florida and I am usually not around to take advantage of it. One evening we went to Sebastien Inlet with some friends and caught a bunch of big reds, a snook, and then lost a few huge tarpon. The seas were a bit rough but the action was non-stop. My knee is feeling really good but I still have not surfed on it, I’ve just been rehabbing it and trying to get it really strong for Hawaii.
